Bengbu Tenghu Airport guide

Bengbu Tenghu Airport is a 4C-class domestic regional airport in Feihe town, Huaiyuan County, about 37 km in a straight line from the centre of Bengbu in northern Anhui. It is the province's eighth civil transport airport and the first purely civil one in the north of Anhui. Scheduled flights began on 29 April 2026.

The airfield has one concrete runway, 07/25, which is 2,600 m long and 45 m wide. A 600 m extension to 3,200 m is planned. The 26,000 square metre terminal has six jet bridges, and the apron has 11 aircraft stands. The site covers about 2,384 mu (roughly 160 hectares).

The airport is designed for about 1.8 million passengers and 10,000 tonnes of cargo a year, with a long-term target of 6 million passengers. Its first-year plan covers eight routes to 11 cities, including Guangzhou, Chengdu, Chongqing, Haikou and Harbin. No annual traffic figures have been published yet.
