Kugluktuk Airport (ICAO CYCO) serves the hamlet of Kugluktuk, formerly Coppermine, at the mouth of the Coppermine River on Coronation Gulf. Kugluktuk is the westernmost community in Nunavut, close to the Northwest Territories border, and no road links it to the rest of the territory. The airport is how people, mail and freight reach the hamlet, which had 1,382 residents at the 2021 census.

The Government of Nunavut operates the airport. It has a single gravel runway, 12/30, which is 1,677 m (5,502 ft) long. The field sits 23 m above sea level, a short distance west of the hamlet.

The original terminal building was more than 40 years old. A replacement started construction in May 2023 and was completed in spring 2025. The Government of Nunavut and the Government of Canada split the cost roughly evenly through the National Trade Corridors Fund. Canadian North flies scheduled service to Cambridge Bay and Ulukhaktok, and Buffalo Airways carries cargo to Yellowknife.
