Kugaaruk Airport (ICAO CYBB) serves the hamlet of Kugaaruk on Pelly Bay, on the Simpson Peninsula in Nunavut's Kitikmeot Region. The community of about 1,000 people has no road link to other settlements, so the airport is its year-round connection to the rest of Canada.

The airport sits next to the runway on the northeast side of the hamlet. It has one gravel runway, 05/23, measuring 5,000 by 100 feet, plus a taxiway and two aprons. Its design aircraft is the ATR-42-500 turboprop. The terminal building houses the control tower and is the only building on the site. Staff work published hours, with call-out procedures after hours.

The Government of Nunavut operates the field. It opened in 1968 as Pelly Bay Townsite Airport and took its current name in 1999. Canadian North flies scheduled passenger service to regional points including Cambridge Bay, Gjoa Haven, Taloyoak and Yellowknife. The airport also handles charter flights.
