Trail Regional Airport (IATA: YZZ, Transport Canada identifier: CAD4) is a public airport in the Columbia River valley of southeastern British Columbia. It lies about 11 km southeast of Trail, at an elevation of 1,427 ft (435 m), and also serves the surrounding West Kootenay communities, including Castlegar and Nelson.

The airport has a single asphalt runway, 16/34, roughly 4,800 ft (1,463 m) long, with GPS approaches to both ends. The City of Trail owns it, having bought it from the Regional District of Kootenay Boundary in 2014. A rehabilitation of the runway, taxiway and apron was funded through the federal Airports Capital Assistance Program.

Pacific Coastal Airlines has flown the route since April 2006, mainly with Beechcraft 1900 aircraft and occasionally Saab 340s. It runs daily flights to Vancouver South Terminal, about one hour away. The City of Trail reports more than 22,000 travellers a year.

The terminal is a 390 m2 (4,200 sq ft) building completed in late 2017 with B.C. Air Access Program funding. It has drop-off and pick-up zones, a waiting area with Wi-Fi, a children's corner, snack vending and washrooms. Short-term, long-term and overnight parking is paid through the Honk Mobile app.
