St George Airport (ICAO YSGE) is a licensed regional aerodrome in the Balonne Shire of south-west Queensland, about 1.9 km southeast of St George town. The town sits on the Balonne River in the Maranoa region, and the airport is the shire's link to Brisbane.

One runway, 11/29, serves the field. It is asphalt, 1,520 m long and lit. The council applied for an aerodrome licence in March 1933, and an all-weather runway opened in April 1953 after years of fair-weather operation caused repeated closures in the rain.

Rex (Regional Express) flies the Western 1 route under a Queensland Government contract, running Brisbane to Thargomindah via Toowoomba Wellcamp, St George and Cunnamulla. The service operates twice a week, on Wednesdays and Sundays. Bookings go through Rex, the only airline with scheduled passenger flights, so the terminal handles domestic travellers only. The airport also handles light aircraft charters, air ambulance and government flights, and aerial spraying work.
