Palm Island Airport (ICAO YPAM) is the airstrip on Great Palm Island, the main inhabited island of the Palm Island group off the north Queensland coast. The island's Aboriginal community of about 2,100 people relies on it as a link to the mainland, and Palm Island Aboriginal Shire Council describes it as a critical connection for residents who need services within a short time.

The airport has a single concrete runway, 14/32, 1,137 m long. It sits at an elevation of about 9 m. Hinterland Aviation manages the commercial passenger flights and freight deliveries, flying to Townsville in about 23 minutes. Fuel is not available at the airfield.

Charter flights may land between 7:00am and 5:00pm and must be arranged with Hinterland in advance. Helicopter landings need at least one hour's notice to the council's Airport Reporting Officer, who can be reached around the clock. Landing fees apply to all flights. A helipad on the foreshore near the hospital handles transfers of critically ill or injured patients. The only other scheduled link to the mainland is the Townsville ferry.
