Bedourie Airport (ICAO YBIE) is a small public aerodrome serving Bedourie, the administrative centre of Diamantina Shire in far western Queensland. It sits at 91 m above sea level in the Channel Country, on the edge of the Simpson Desert, and is one of the few air links for a very remote district.

A single sealed runway, 14/32, is about 1,800 m long. In 2008 the shire lengthened it from 1,500 m, strengthened and resealed it, and upgraded the lighting and line marking at a cost of about $1.8 million, shared equally between the Queensland Government and the council. The work gave the Royal Flying Doctor Service 24-hour, all-weather access and allowed aircraft with 30 or more seats to use the field.

Regional Express (Rex) flies the Saab 340 on a regional route linking Brisbane and Mount Isa through Birdsville and Bedourie, with services in both directions on set days each week. The airport has no fuel. Landing, passenger and parking fees apply, and aircraft with an aircraft classification number above 9 need a pavement concession from the council. No taxi rank operates here, so transfers into town are arranged in advance, usually through accommodation.
